"Do NOT get insurance here. The staff are unable to write accurate insurance policies and the owner does not care. I am a local trust and estates attorney. With every insurance policy I have bought over the years from this company, I have found significant errors that likely would have resulted in court upon my death. I’ve ignored this for years, because I know how to review and fix the errors. It would always involve working with the owner’s staff. They would always get it wrong the first and often the second time, but we’d eventually get there after several hours of my time. Honestly, the amount of time I wasted trying to get my policies right almost exceeded the cost of the policies themselves. Instead of learning from me or making it a point to take care of their other clients, the owner just chose to sell my policies to a different company. Think about that for a second. A trust attorney is reviewing your policies, finding glaring mistakes in your policies, brings up concern for your other clients, offers to help you, and instead of learning, you dump him? Good luck Dave.

Just to update. I never said disparaging remarks to your staff. I merely pointed out that mistakes were being made, told you how to fix them, and suggested that you take the time to learn from me on how to do better for your clients in the future. For you and your staff to be insulted by that is a reflection on you - not me. Further, I would like to update to say that even after I canceled my policy, my account was charged for several thousand dollars anyway. When I called to ask for a refund, the owner was conveniently on vacation. It took well over a month to get a refund. Truly awful experience."
